Storage term

We store your data until the expiration of a period of 3 years, counting from the expiration of the contractual relationship, except for those data for which valid regulations prescribe a longer storage period. Your data is used for direct marketing purposes on the basis of legitimate interest until the expiration of a period of 3 years from the end of the contractual relationship, and for user data 3 years after its collection, except for those data for which valid regulations prescribe a longer storage period. If there is consent for processing for advertising purposes that extends to the period following the prescribed deadline, we store your data until the consent is withdrawn.

User rights

The user decides what information about himself is made available to Design4Sign. In the event of a change in any of your personal information, please notify info@design4sign.com of the changes so that we can correct or update your personal information. We hereby inform you that you have the right to withdraw the given consent at any time in whole or in part, by notifying Design4Sign electronically at info@Design4Sign.com. Furthermore, upon receipt of the statement of withdrawal of consent, we will confirm receipt in writing, and personal data covered by the statement of withdrawal will no longer be processed starting from the date of withdrawal of consent. Please note that all processing and/or transfers made up to the date of withdrawal of consent will still remain legally valid. Under what conditions does Design4Sign forward personal data to third parties Design4Sign does not forward or exchange user data with any other legal or natural persons (hereinafter: persons), except in the following cases: a) if there is a legal obligation or express authorization based on the law (e.g. based on a court request) b) if another person is engaged as a processor to perform certain tasks, whereby Design4Sign takes care of taking appropriate data protection measures c) if the data needs to be forwarded to third parties in order to perform the contract with the user, i.e. to provide the requested service (see point 4.) d) based on the user’s consent.
